Unrefined Sea Salt v Refined Table Salt

Salt, it's so cheap ATM that for a small outlay you'll have enough to last months. However I did some research and found this great article (http://curezone.com/foods/saltcure.asp)

I had to read that twice to work out which was the best option, I think it's saying that 'Unrefined Sea Salt' is the way to go.

I recently bought a 6KG bucket of refined table salt is it was sooo cheap, I wanted it to use on paths in cold weather.
CAnt remember the cost now but it was very cheap.

It's good to bear in mine too that if you drink a lot of water you flush all the salt out of your system which is not good, I didnt know that until my recent trip in the desert.
